Since its establishment in 1988, Xinda has always put product quality and customer service experience in an important position. Our service is not only embodied in the after-sales, pre-sales is also essential. Good pre-sale service and experience can facilitate customers to find the machine model and the best screw arrangement combination that are more suitable for their products; at the same time, it will also provide a reference for the production of the later machine, and manufacture a machine that meets customer needs.

At Xinda's testing service center this week, we provided different material testing experiences for different customers: one was PE semi confuctive cable compounds,which was tested by our SKW series Co kneader and the other was soap granulation testing,which tested by our clamshell barrel Twin Screw Extruder. The test of soap granulation has opened up our thinking in a new field, and has accumulated a valuable experience for customers in this field in the future.
