Xinda recently shipped the SKW-140 four-flight reciprocating machine production line (Co-Kneader), which was successfully exported to South American country. The line is used to produce halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials (HFFR) with output of 2000-2400 kg/h. This set of equipment adopts a fully automatic material conveying system and a precise loss-in-weight feeding system, and the entire line is automatically controlled. Only two operators are required. This month, the twin screw hot melt extruder which independently designed and manufactured by Xinda has been successfully assembled and will be delivered to Canada. This is a busy week for delivery. There are 4 sets of extruder lines sent to our China customers, they are SJW-70, PSHJ-35, SJW-100 double-stage type, SJW-100 melt pump type; 2 sets of of extruder lines sent abroad,they are PSHJ-50 (To Germany) and PSHJ-75 (To Saudi Arabia). All these machine lines have been tested with loading of materials and shipped after troubleshooting. This week, we have conducted a trial test for the twin screw extruder ordered by one of our clients from South America. The main application of such twin screw extruder is functional masterbatches with insecticide components, which are used in the production of the agricultural film with insecticidal effect. For XINDA, it is strange to use the twin screw extruder to make such special masterbatches,so the first test was not smooth, we met the issue that the granules are sticky after pelletizing. But we always maintain friendly communication with customers and looking for the solution for them. After Xinda technical team's analysis of material characteristics and processing technology, and effective communication with customers, we have successfully given a solution, which is a perfect combination of formula and equipment. It took only a week to test, discover problems, propose solutions, and verify solutions.
